Processing time for packaging typically takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) as all our products are handmade to order. Delivery times may vary depending on busy periods and your location. Once dispatched, standard UK shipping usually takes 2-7 days, while first class UK shipping usually takes 1-2 days. International shipping may take approximately 14-30 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Slime Shop, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Below is our returns policy:

Full Refund for Items Not as Described: If you receive a slime product that does not match the description on our website or fails to meet reasonable expectations, we offer a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. We may request photographic evidence or further information to facilitate the return.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your slime arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Change of Mind: If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. However, please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
